How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Your happiness is very important to us! We will make sure any wrongs are made right and then some! We will ALWAYS take amazing care of you. All packages received must be inspected and reported of any issues or intent to make a return within 7 days from of proof of delivery. If such time as passed, please ask for review by an owner to see if a return or refund is still possible or if other arrangements can be made. For incorrectly filled orders or defective items, please call or email us for our steps on handling your specific situation. Those are handled on a case by case basis. For all other reasons for returns: (not what you were looking for, don't need after all, changed mind, don't like it...) All returns must me approved via email or phone first within 7 days from proof of delivery. Returns received without prior consent will be rejected and no shipping will be refunded. If a return is accepted for at no fault to us, return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. Difference between original shipping paid by buyer and original shipping paid by Creative Fiber Arts will also be subtracted from the refund. Accepted returns may result in a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived if you choose to exchange or use for in store credit. Buyer also responsible for shipping on newly exchanged items. Yarns must be able to resell. This means in like new factory condition without any missing yarn or labels. This means if it was unwound at all and rewound, it will not be considered new. Items that are returned in any less condition will not qualify for a return and will only be shipped back to buyer at buyers expense. Please contact us for your situation to be reviewed.
