We do our best to answer all call as they come in during all days and regular awake hours. However, if we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message or send us a text, as we are either assisting another customer, trying to pack up orders in time for our daily USPS pickup or our hands are tied. Emails, texts and voicemails are returned in order they are received usually the same day, but within 1 business day.

My Rewards is a reward point system that we have in effect. Most reward programs only offer 1%. We offer you 3% back with in store credit! (100 Points = $1) You must have a minimum of 100 points to redeem. To redeem, please LOG IN to your account. Add your items to your cart. After you are done shopping, click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner. On the next page you will see towards the bottom, MY REWARDS. Once you select that, it will show your balance and ask you how many you would like to redeem. Enter the amount and go! It is that easy. PLEASE NOTE: If you check out with PAYPAL EXPRESS your order will NOT receive any reward points and you will not be able to use promo codes. This is due to PayPal being a 3rd party website that does not integrate with other websites. Completely out of our control. However, our website is certified secure and Paypal is our merchant account, so your credit card will still be processed by PayPal. In the 15+ years we have been in business, we have never had a fraud issue.


Your happiness is very important to us! Rest assured, we will ALWAYS take amazing care of you. All packages received must be inspected and reported within 7 days of delivery (via email or phone call) of any issues or intent to make a return. If such time as passed, please ask for a review to make a possible exception. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE APPROVED. So, if you need to process a return or exchange, please contact us prior to shipping your items back for your situation to be reviewed and for proper instructions.

For incorrectly filled orders or defective items: Please call or email us for our steps on handling your specific situation. Those are handled on a case by case basis.

For all other reasons for returns: (not what you were looking for, changed mind, don't like it...)
If a return is accepted for at no fault to us, return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. Because we often pay more in shipping than we charge our customers, the difference between original shipping paid by buyer and original shipping cost paid by Creative Fiber Arts will also be subtracted from your refund. After inspection, accepted returns may also result in a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived if you choose to exchange or use for in store credit. Buyer also responsible for full shipping on newly exchanged items. Yarns must be able to resell. This means in like new factory condition, without any missing yarn, labels and free from odors. This includes if it was unwound at all and rewound, it will not be considered new. Items that are returned in any less condition will not qualify for a return and will only be shipped back to buyer at buyers expense.
